Shipping & Returns

What shipping service do we use?
All our products are shipped via UPS. This means that a street address must be provided during the checkout process. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order and the destination ZIP code. The calculations we use are based on UPS rates.

How long will it take to get my products?
Upon receival of your payment, when products ordered are in stock they are sent out directly to you ASAP. In cases where the wait may be longer due to unforseen circumstances, you will be contacted.

How do I return an item?
Items can be shipped back to Jock's Nitch, or brought back to a store location. If you want to ship the item back to the store, repackage the item in the same fashion it was shipped to you and mail to: Jock's Nitch Returns, 523 N Broadway, Pittsburg, KS 66762.

What is the return policy?
Items can only be returned if the product is in its original condition with the tags still connected. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date the product was received.
