Processing & Shipping Information
All orders are shipped through the United Postal Service. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination ZIP code. The calculations we use are based on UPS rates.
Orders begin processing within 24 hours of being placed. Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are not processing days as UPS does not pickup or deliver on these days. If a product is not available or there is a delay in the completion of your order, you will be notified shortly after processing begins.

Customer Pickup: Customer picks up order at one of our store locations 2
Ground: Delivered in 1-5 business days after shipment
2nd Day Air: Delivered 2 business days after shipment
3 Day Select: Delivered 3 business days after shipment
Next Day Air Saver: Delivered the next business day by 3:00 PM
Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day by 10:30 AM

1 Jock’s Nitch is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS carriers and does not guarantee delivery by a certain date as delays sometimes occur.
2 Please specify what store you wish to pick up your order in the “Comments” section during checkout. If no specification is made, orders will be available for pickup at the store in which it is processed. 3 If you wish to pick up your order at a different Jock’s Nitch location than where it was processed, it may take 3-5 additional business days for your order to be transferred to that location.
3 KU Jayhawk items are processed in Lawrence, KS. Pitt State items are processed in Pittsburg, KS. K-State and Washburn items are processed in Topeka, KS.
If your order contains items from multiple schools/teams, your order may take an additional 3-5 business days to process and ship.
