Shipping Information


All orders are shipped through the United Postal Service (UPS). Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination ZIP code. The calculations we use are based on UPS rates and come directly from them.

Unfortunately, UPS does not ship to PO Box numbers.  Please make sure to provide a street address for your shipment.

Orders begin processing within 24 hours of being placed. Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are not processing days as UPS does not pickup or deliver on these days. If a product is not available or there is a delay in the completion of your order, you will be notified shortly after processing begins. 

In order to receive your order on time, please refer to the below information about UPS shipping rates:

Ground: Delivered in 1-5 business days after shipment
2nd Day Air: Delivered 2 business days after shipment
3 Day Select: Delivered 3 business days after shipment
Next Day Air Saver: Delivered the next business day by 3:00 PM
Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day by 10:30 AM

Please Note:
1. Jock’s Nitch is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS carriers and does not guarantee delivery by certain dates.
2. Customer pickup at one of our store locations can be arranged.  Please contact us if you are interested.

If your order contains items from multiple schools, your order may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.
